Tracy L. Hawkins – Managing Partner

Tracy L. Hawkins is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio (2000), the Commonwealth of Kentucky (2002) and before the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio (2001) and US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio (2009).  She is also a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio.  Tracy received her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Highland Heights, Kentucky.  While at Chase, she was on the Moot Court Board, earned Best Oral Advocate in the Jack Grosse Competition and represented the law school at the national moot court competitions.  Tracy was also the recipient of the Ambrose H. Lindhorst Scholarship and the CALI Award of Excellence. 

Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana.  She is a member of the Ohio State, Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and Clermont County Bar Associations as well as the Ohio Land Title Association.  Tracy is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law.  In 2006, Tracy was recognized by the Greater Cincinnati YWCA Academy of Career Women of Achievement as one of Cincinnati’s Rising Stars.  Tracy has also been a proud member of the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) of the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati since 2007.  The VLP provides high quality legal services to low-income citizens in seven southwest Ohio counties:  Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland and Warren, free of charge.

In addition to her legal and professional endeavors, Tracy is dedicated to the health and well-being of her local community.  She has devoted years of service to the Brown County Relay for Life and helped organize the Mini-Relay for Life at Georgetown Jr. – Sr. High School.  Tracy has also been an honored speaker for Cincinnati’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.  She served as a Board Member of the Community Outreach and Translation Core of the University of Cincinnati’s Breast Cancer and the Environment Research Center and she is a past member of the Education Committee of the Breast Cancer Registry of Greater Cincinnati.  Tracy served on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and has hosted cancer education programs throughout the larger southwestern Ohio region.  Tracy has been a youth basketball coach and junior high track coach for Georgetown Jr. – Sr. High School in Georgetown, Ohio.  Tracy supports the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, and the Ohio Small Business Development Center as a guest lecturer.  Hawkins Law is a member of both the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce. Tracy is a member of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce CEO Roundtable.

Tracy grew up in Georgetown, Ohio and graduated from Georgetown High School.  Tracy is a member of Anderson Hills United Methodist Church and resides with her husband in Clermont County.
